5. Choose payment method and make the payment online

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
The processing time depends on the specifications of the products. On average we will ship out you order in 3-6 business days.

How to change ordered items in my order?

You can make changes to your order before payment or just cancel this order to make a new one.

How to change delivery information like phone number or address?
Contact support center with the correct information. Our customer support team will change it for you.

What if I did not receive a confirmation email?
If you have not received the order confirmation email, please check your spam folder first. Alternatively, you may find the latest status of your order under Account - Orders - Tracking.

What if I have not received a full order?
Stylewholesaler cooperate with thousands of factories all over China, we do not have our own stock, and here are 70,000+ different items on online. Here will be out-of-stock happened in your orders, so please check your order remarks everyday after you made orders. We will refund those out of stock items on time.

What if I get a damaged package?
If you receive a damaged package, please take a clear picture before opening it, and contact support center if there is any missing item. We will look into this matter for you as soon as possible.
